SC200 / 200 construction elevator is new designed products. The machine has reasonable design, novel structure, smooth operation, safety device is complete and reliable, convenient installation and maintenance, basically has the following characteristics:

1、The transmission mechanism adopts three motor drive form, which makes the rack and pinion force uniform, safe and stable.

2、To ensure the safe operation of the lift, the circuit is set up with overload, speed limit and other safety switch, when the above situation in the operation occurs, the elevator will automatically avoid accidents. Hoisting cage on each is also have limited position switch, when any of an unusual turn, the cage cannot start or stop running immediately.

3、Each cage is equipped with anti falling safety device, can effectively prevent cage from falling, to ensure safe and reliable operation of the elevator.

4、Lift control system is simple, easy to operate and maintenance, and reliable. When the normal operation of the elevator, it can be used in the cage with a handle or button to control the elevator operation, in any need to stop at any time, the upper and lower terminal limit switch control automatic stop, if the upper and lower limit switches are not due to failure, the limit switch can be set up in time to cut off the power supply.

5、Steel structure design has passed the scientific and rigorous calculation, to achieve the requirements of reasonable structure,  reliable strength and light weight.

6、The lift can be used in installing or removing the guide rails on the hanger. The rest of the parts can be easily installed and disassembled, and the components are easy to be replaced.
